| Martinique is appreciated by amateurs of diving. Coral reefs, plates, caves, wrecks..., the sites are multiple; coloured fauna and flora abundant. The meetings with dolphins, tortoises, barracudas (brr) are not rare. |

Reefs and Wrecks
 With the shelter of the Atlantic swell, north in the south of the Caribbean coast, a score of sites offer very varied possibilities of diving. Submarine canyons, falling perforated coral faults and caves, solid masses and plates, wrecks of the eruption of Mount-Pelé, etc..., the list is long. The majority are opened with the initial divers or of level 1. |
Diving Clubs
More than one ten clubs, of all sizes, are there to initiate you or train you (Baptism, Padi). They daily organize framed exits for the divers. |
Snorkeling
Sea-beds of Martinique are not reserved for the divers with bottles. Sometimes palms, mask and tuba are enough to discover a lot of them. |

To begin? Easy!
Children, old people..., everyone can practise the diving. With the shelters of the current, in a clear and hot water, several Martinique sites are ideal to begin.
Diving Initiation
First stage of the formation. A monitor presents the equipment to you and teaches you the safety requirements. Then, hand in the hand, you dive on a sea-bed 3 to 5 m deep during a score of minutes. Price: 25 to 40 Euros. See the list of the clubs. |
