Musée du Rhum Saint-James
Créé en 1981 dans l’ancienne maison du directeur de l’usine sucrière de Sainte-Marie, une vieille bâtisse créole pleine de charme, le musée du Rhum vous invite à découvrir sur 2 étages, l’histoire et les procédés de fabrication utilisés à l’époque pour l’élaboration du tafia puis du rhum.
Randonnée : Cap-Chevalier à Macabou.
Très belle randonnée le long de la côte atlantique. Des plages désertes, parfois sauvages à perte de vue. Au menu : paysages magnifiques et baignade dans les lagons formés par la barrière de corail.
