| Saint-Pierre : Palmistes Lake.
The Mount Pelé passes for a peaceful volcano. Its last working life goes back to 1851. The cloud of ash, which was then escaped, had not made any victim. The population is not wary about it, and go in excurssion to its top, on the lake of the Palmistes. |
