The Anse Mitan benefits from a splendid panorama on bay of Fort-de-France. The beach, long fair sand band directly bordered of hotels and dwellings, is very attended. Many inhabitants of Fort-de-France borrow the shuttle and settle there for the afternoon.
The place is animated. The restaurants with the terraces with a few meters of water do not miss a charm. The radios distil their music, between zouc, soca and dancehall.
The amateurs of peace will gain to go their way. The others will appreciate the Anse Mitan for its sight and its animation (evening including), and will be careful under the sun. Not shade of a tree.

By the road: Cross Trois-Îlets. At the exit of the borough (after the Golf), take D38 towards the Pointe du Bout.
By the sea: A shuttle service connects Fort de France to the Anse Mitan, and deposits you directly on the beach. |
